I do a lot of one-off character designs! I'll hear a song or think of a concept, and then create a character based around that. Not many of my characters are reoccurring, and I've put my oldest (Captain Sylis Gearborne/Sylis Gilmere) on my Character Design Evolution page so I can really highlight how I've developed them overtime.
Some of these characters are for D&D campaigns, but not many of them have actually been used! I love designing characters, and making a new one almost every time I draw is a super fun creative exercise.
I don't normally go beyond sketch and flat color, and I use both traditional pencil and paper and procreate. Since these are from a variety of eras of my art, I indicated the (approximate) year I made them in parentheses!
