Artfight 2026

What is Artfight?

Artfight is a month-long drawing challenge that takes place every July!  Participants upload reference sheets of characters they design to the Artfight website, so that other people can draw them (this is called "attacking.")  Each attack is worth points depending on how much of the character is drawn (fullbody, halfbody, bust, etc.) and how much effort is put into the piece (full shading, flat color, etc.)  The participants are sorted into teams, and the team that draws the most characters and earns the most points wins!

People join artfight to get better at drawing characters they wouldn't normally design (such as different genders, body types, and genres), as well as to get better at composition without the constraints of designing as you go!
